I'm not going to discuss how the blog proposal went, but instead I'm just going to say this:
I have launched a new science blog, and I encourage everyone to check it out. I am not a scientist, I dropped out of my college chemistry class, I changed my major from neuroscience to journalism approximately six weeks into my college career, but it's still something I love and am constantly awed by and therefore I want to write about it. Even if you're not a science person, try it anyway. Hopefully it will appeal to you, too.
